This policy covers the personal data processed when you visit this website or contact us through it. It does not cover the processing carried out for merchants under a separate commercial agreement with Kweller Ltd; that processing is governed by the data protection terms of the agreement in question.

If you contact us by email, we process the information contained in your message — typically your name, your email address, your company and whatever details you choose to share about your business or your application.
Data collected automatically
When you open this website, our hosting provider records technical information in server log files, including:
- the IP address of the requesting device
- the date and time of the request
- the page or file requested and the amount of data transferred
- the browser type, version and operating system
- the referring page, where one is transmitted
This data is required to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure. It is not used to identify individual visitors and is not combined with other data sources.
4. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message relates to a possible or existing contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To operate, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interest in a stable and secure online presence, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To comply with legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, where retention or disclosure is required by law.
- Job applications — steps taken at your request prior to entering into an employment relationship, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and applicable Cyprus employment law.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies and does not use analytics that track you across websites. Any cookie used is strictly necessary to deliver the pages you request.
6. Fonts and other third-party content
The typefaces used on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google so the font files can be delivered. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Further information is available in Google's own privacy notice.
7. Recipients of your data
Your data is accessible to the members of our team who need it for the purpose described above. In addition, we use carefully selected service providers — in particular our hosting and email providers — who act as processors on our behalf under written agreements meeting the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR. Data is disclosed to public authorities only where we are legally obliged to do so.
8. Transfers outside the EEA
Where a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area takes place, it is made on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or of appropriate safeguards, in particular the standard contractual clauses.
9. How long we keep it
Server log data is deleted or anonymised after a short retention period. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to deal with your matter and thereafter for the period required by applicable commercial and tax law. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted once the relevant statutory limitation periods have expired, unless you have agreed to be kept on file.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased or its processing restricted, to receive the data you provided in a portable format and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Larnaca (Iasonos 1, 1082 Nicosia).
11. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and review those measures as our systems evolve. Transmission of this website is encrypted in transit.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or to legal requirements. The version published here is the one that applies to your visit.
